Stix specializes in the meticulous refinement of hemp-derived crude oil, employing precision heat and pressure regulation to achieve unparalleled purification. Our expertise lies in offering state-of-the-art distillation services, transforming crude oil into raw or distillates of the highest quality. Additionally, through a sophisticated chemical crystallization process, we excel in the isolation of Cannabidiol (CBD). Our isolation services encompass the production of refined outputs, catering to diverse requirements, including Crude, Distillates, or Isolates.
Rigorous Testing
After harvesting, we test again to confirm the final cannabinoid levels and to again ensure that the material is contaminant-free. After extracting the cannabinoid oil from the flower using ultra low-temperature ethanol, we test the resultant oil before distilling it and testing it again.
Final Delivery
All of our ingredients are derived from organically farmed hemp. Full vertical integration allows us to run and manage all processes related to the production of these raw materials.

Our motivation arose from a stark realization that existing market offerings fell short of what discerning consumers truly deserved.
The shortcomings were evident, and we dared to question the status quo. Product weights fell substantially short, often by a significant margin of 10% or more. Promised CBD content rarely lived up to its claims, consistently proving to be lacking in accuracy. What was even more revealing was the smoke and mirrors approach of some CBD sellers, who presented QR codes as a supposed testament to transparency. These codes led to third-party lab reports, seemingly ensuring openness. However, our scrutiny unveiled a disheartening truth: these reports were often outdated, sometimes spanning years, or lacked verifiable connections to the actual products.

Extraction
Our extraction process is based on the tried-and-true method of extracting essential botanical oils from plants using high grade ethanol. This time-proven method is simple, safe, and scalable. During our thirteen-month startup we developed our methods to prove we have the ability to scale up our processing of hemp. This learning process took us from producing just 175 pounds a day to safely and consistently processing over one ton of hemp flower each day.
